He has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 15 years internationally and locally. He started his career as a fitness supervisor in Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia. He worked in several fitness companies in Canada. Currently, he is the regional operations manager.

He is the food and beverage director of Remza Investment Co. W.L.L (Projects, Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt) and executive chef of Meisei (Bahrain’s award-winning Modern Japanese cuisine) who puts his passion into every dish he creates. He has diverse culinary experiences linking Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Jamaica , Seoul in Korea, Osaka in Japan, London in UK and Canada . He used his 25 years of experiences to combine modern Japanese cuisine, influence from region of Asia, Cantonese, Szechwan and a love for Southern Italian food to create dining memory.

In his role he handles cost control strategies including budgeting, forecasting and margin estimates, while maximizing the overall growth of the business.
