Catch Up To The Rest

Reset your mind + body with these three techniques

These are more than just buzzwords; they are integral to your wellbeing. Many people are feeling the burnout after the past year, it’s almost impossible not to. Through a blend of both movement and rest, it is possible to fast track your rejuvenation journey. But it starts with slowing down. Here are three quick ways to reset your rest routine:

1.

Keep it simple. Joseph Martino from The Coaching Company & The Motion Room reminds us to “keep your evening routine simple”. Keep a regular schedule if you can and go to bed at the same time every day. Our bodies love having a regular daily rhythm to fall into.

2.

Focus on rejuvenation.
Sure, intense workouts can be challenging and really fun. But create space in your life for recovery; it’s an integral part of the wellbeing journey. Meditation, days off, massage, and even myo-facial releaseshould all be part of your holistic wellbeing routine.

3.

Feeling beyond burned out?
True overwhelm has a unique impact on us: we are bogged down by the big picture yet also find ourselves harping on the details. If this is you, an overhaul might be needed. A fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coach will start with a habit-mapping session to see where you are over-extending yourself and help you get back on track.

fatigue. A coach can help prioritize, organize, and shift the focus back onto the mother’s health and goals so that she (and her team) can get running efficiently and happily again.

An update from The Motion Room + The Coaching Company:

Over the past year we’ve listened to your feedback and we’ve recalibrated our offerings to reflect our new world. We’ve all realized that it’s impossible to move forward in your wellbeing journey without first resting, recovering, and recuperating.

When we reopen:

At The Motion Room, we’ll be integrating stress management, nutrition, movement training, registered physiotherapy, personal development, and career coaching into our offerings. Our commitment extends far beyond the traditional suite of gym offerings.

At The Coaching Company, we’ll be launching a suite of offerings to boost your wellbeing, career and personal development. We’re a holistic, accountability-based team of coaches that partner with you (or your team) to optimize your business and wellbeing presence. What that means: you know where you want to go, we just help you get there.

Two ways to begin:

Come join us at The Motion Room for Sweat Equity. It’s a holistic, reward-based system that gives you “TMR Dollars” for every workout, booking, or social share to spend on things like:

  • Wellbeing, Career & Personal Development at The Coaching Company
  • Registered Physiotherapy
  • 5 Elements Massage Therapy
  • Nutritional Coaching
  • Personal Training
  • Private Rejuvenation Therapy
  • Gut Health Analysis
  • Movement + Gait Analysis

1 TMR Dollar = $1 CDN (to be spent on the services listed above)

Or, book a habit-mapping session with The Coaching Company. We specialize in working with clients who have tried it all, need an accountability partner, and are serious about change. This could mean you’re a mentor-seeking entrepreneur, a newly appointed team leader, or an executive looking to uplevel both your business and wellbeing presence.

It doesn’t end with our suite of executive offerings

Our team also includes burnout, nutrition, and movement experts and our tailor-made programs are created uniquely for every client. Offerings include: meditation, physiotherapy, gut and gait analysis, holistic nutrition, pre/post-natal support, and weekly calls to keep you on track.

The past year has taught us what truly matters. It’s the people that make the place and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Stay tuned, and stay safe.

You’re not a one-stop shop, & neither are we.

At The Coaching Company, it’s simple: you tell us where you want to go, and we help you get there.
